Caspian Property use a network of sub contractors across Norwich, Norfolk and North Suffolk. We are always looking for reliable, skilled people to assist us with delivering a high level of service to each and every one of our customers.

All our contractors need to be insured against public liability to a minimum of £5,000,000 and be aware of the relevant health and safety legislation applicable to their trade. Any regulated trades such as gas engineers, electricians etc are required to be registered with the relevant bodies and provide full certification upon completion of all works.
